VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli , via Montesanto 10/A 01037 Ronciglione (VT) invites you to read these general sales conditions that govern inescapably the purchase of products on the site. By making any purchase, the user fully accepts these general conditions of sale.

The products sold by VE.Q Experience are for consumer customers only. Non-consumers are advised not to place purchase orders.

  1. Conclusion of contract
    1. By placing an order, you declare that you are acting exclusively as a non-professional private purchaser.
    1. By placing an order, only one contract is concluded between the consumer and VE.Q Experience.
    1. VE.Q Experience reserves the right to change these conditions of sale at any time without prior notice to the consumer. The relevant changes will be effective from the date of modification and will apply to sales concluded after that date.

2. Product characteristics

  • The products offered by VE.Q Experience are entirely handmade from sustainable materials.
    • The products sold by VE.Q Experience are those in the online catalogue and are sold under the conditions of sale on the site at the time of purchase.
    • The availability of sizes is indicated in the options below each article, you can request the desired size if it is missing by contacting customer service [email protected] which reserves the right to accept such a request subject to the seller's availability.
    • Product prices may be subject to change, such changes only apply to orders not yet confirmed on the date of the change, consumers are urged to check the final sales price before purchasing.

3. Purchase modalities

  • The presentation of products on the site is merely an invitation to the consumer to make a contractual proposal to purchase and not an offer to the public.
    • The order shall have the value of a contractual proposal and shall be governed by these terms and conditions of sale, which form an integral part of the order and which the purchaser accepts in full without reservation by submitting the order to the seller. Before concluding the purchase, the purchaser will be asked to read these terms and conditions and any cancellation procedures.
    • The consumer signs the contract by entering personal data indicating: the purchaser's name and personal details, and the purchaser's tax code,

the e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address assuming responsibility for any incorrect or different information entered when confirming the order and confirming the purchase at the same time declares that it is true and correct.

  • The purchase shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of payment, which shall be confirmed to the customer by a confirmation e-mail sent to the address provided by the consumer.
    • Until confirmation of the crediting of the payment, the goods subject to the order will remain the property of VE.Q Experience.
    • Fulfillment of all orders on the site is subject to availability. VE.Q Experience expressly reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason. VE.Q Experience also reserves the right to cancel a Contract by giving written notice in the cases set out below, without being subject to payment of damages or expenses other than a refund of any amount paid by you in relation to the cancelled Contract:
      • the product is not available / in stock;
      • the billing information is not correct or verifiable;
      • the order is flagged as an unusual order or an order at risk of fraud;
      • the user is under 16 years of age, or the age of majority required by applicable law to enter into a contract;
      • the order is placed by a professional seller;
      • there was an error in the price indicated on the site i.e.
      • delivery to the address indicated is not possible.

4.         Shipping methods and times

  • The seller undertakes to send the goods within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the order. An e-mail of successful dispatch will be sent to the buyer. The order processing times are purely indicative, however the seller undertakes to send the goods within no more than 10 days from the day following the conclusion of the purchase.
    • In the event of force majeure or events beyond the control of VE.Q Experience, an order suspension policy will apply. This suspension is accepted in advance by the user. Force majeure is defined as the occurrence of any act or event beyond the
    • VE.Q Experience's reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts or other industrial action by third parties, civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war, fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics, pandemics or other natural disasters, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If a case of force majeure occurs that affects the fulfillment of obligations arising from a purchase made on the site of VE.Q Experience, under these Terms of Sale, the user will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible to communicate the incident and the company's determinations, the obligations arising under these general conditions will be suspended and the deadline for the fulfillment of those obligations will be extended for the duration of the 'force majeure event occurred. In the event that the event of force majeure affects the delivery time of the product purchased, VE.Q Experience will arrange a new delivery date following the resolution of the

case of force majeure. If a case of force majeure occurs and the user no longer wishes the products to be supplied, he may cancel the contract.

5. Prices and payments

  • The price of the products is that indicated on the site at the time of purchase by the consumer. Prices may change, but will remain in accordance with and bound to the prices accepted at the time of order confirmation in the event of any changes to the prices of articles forming part of an already confirmed order.
    • Prices include necessary packaging.
    • Product prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at check-out and may vary depending on the geographical area to which the goods are to be shipped and will be indicated at check-out before payment. Variations refer to international sales for which current regulations will apply.
    • Payment may be made by credit or debit card, mastercard, visa, or via PayPal, PayPal Express, google pay, apple pay. the seller may allow additional payment methods, indicating them in the payment section of the Site.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

  • The seller warrants to the consumer that the products are free of design defects and conform to the pictures and descriptions provided on the site in terms of shape and materials.
    • The products include washing and maintenance instructions, which may also be contained in a separate document and not necessarily applied on the product itself.
    • If the consumer detects discrepancies with the product described on the site, he may contact customer service [email protected] providing a description of the discrepancy detected and providing at least one photo of the discrepancy, attaching a copy of the purchase invoice and a description of the problem detected. The customer service will assess the highlighted problem and decide whether to authorise a return procedure. The authorisation to return products shall in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return. In the event of a positive outcome, customer service will provide the consumer with all return instructions.
    • Once the seller has received the return, the seller will proceed to a quality check. The seller's specialised personnel will first check that the garment is not altered, worn, washed or worn, and in no way different from what was sent at the time of sale. It will then verify the existence of the discrepancy complained of by the consumer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

  • Subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 56paragraph 2, and in Article 57.
    • The fourteen days run from the date of receipt of the goods; in the case of the purchase of several products in one order and delivered separately, they run from the receipt of the last product.
    • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer, before the expiry of the deadline, must go to the site in the returns section and communicate this desire to VE.Q Experience. Alternatively, the consumer can contact customer service at [email protected] and send an explicit declaration by attaching the withdrawal form that can be downloaded from the website in the appropriate section.
    • The consumer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing return instructions to be sent no later than fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods to VE.Q Experience

  • The seller will only refund the price of the product, the cost of the return being borne by the consumer.
    • The site provides the customer with a method of return, which, should the consumer choose to use, will indicate the cost of that service before confirmation. This is without prejudice to the consumer's option to use a return method of his or her choice.
    • Returned products must be unaltered and complete with all their components including tags and labels. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and free of signs of wear. Shoes to be tried on must be placed on a protected surface to safeguard the integrity of the sole. Bags can be delicate and the consumer is advised to handle them with care if they are unsure if they want to keep the product, also remember that dark fabrics can transfer colour to light fabric bags so care is required when trying on or storing the bag. Products that do not meet the requirements will not be refunded.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and using the return label provided during the return request.
    • The seller will initiate a quality control procedure before accepting the return request and only if the requirements are met will the refund be made.
    • The quality control procedure may take between 3 and 5 working days after receipt of the product. After this check, if it passes, a refund will be issued. The timing of the refund may vary depending on the regulations of the service used for payment among those made available on the site, it is usually issued in a maximum of 7 working days.
    • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the consumer for the return and issue of the refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The consumer declares that he/she is aware that the products present on the site, the name and brand used are the exclusive property of VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli. The purchase of the products does not give the consumer any rights over them. It is forbidden to reproduce the products or any part of them. It is forbidden to use them for commercial purposes, unless authorised by the owner, as the exclusive owner of the rights to VE.Q Experience products. Except as authorized by VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli, all content on the site - including text, software, scripts, code, drawings, graphics, photos, sounds, animations, stickers, trade names, including the company name, trademark, model names, any other graphics in general, and other content - are the property of VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli reserves all rights not expressly set forth in these Terms. Access to the site does not confer any rights of use, on what is present online. Other than the rights of use specifically granted by VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli in relation to the site and its content, you agree not to copy, edit, translate, distribute, download, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content of the site without the prior written consent of VE.Q Experience di Veronica Quadraroli. 10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For judicial matters VE.Q Experience recognises the Court of Viterbo as the only competent court.

Any contract concluded between VE.Q Experience and consumers shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law and in particular under the Civil Code and the Consumer Code.
